Add your own logo, colour and sender name to the emails and status pages InfraNest sends on your behalf, so the people you support see your brand — not ours. This is for organization admins on a plan that includes white-label branding.

## Overview
- Set your **Logo**, **Accent colour** and **Sender name** once, and they apply to alerts, domain notices and status-page updates sent on your behalf.
- A preview on the same screen shows how an alert email will look before you save anything.
- Security-related emails (password resets, sign-in codes, invoices, and similar) always come from InfraNest, in InfraNest's colours, no matter how your brand is set — this keeps the emails that protect your account easy to recognise.

## Upload a logo
1. Go to **Settings**, then **Team**, then open **Brand**.
2. Select **Upload logo**.
3. Choose a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file up to 2 MB. A wide logo works better than a square icon, since it sits in a header bar.
4. Check the preview to see how it looks in an alert email.
5. Select **Save changes**.

## Set an accent colour
1. On the **Brand** screen, find the **Accent colour** field.
2. Enter the colour as six hex characters, for example `#7C3AED`.
3. Check the swatch next to the field to confirm it matches what you typed.
4. Select **Save changes**.

## Set a sender name
1. On the **Brand** screen, find the **Sender name** field.
2. Enter the name you want recipients to see in their inbox — usually your company name.
3. Leave it empty if you'd rather keep InfraNest's default name.
4. Select **Save changes**.

## Remove your logo
1. On the **Brand** screen, select **Remove** next to your uploaded logo.
2. This works even if your plan no longer includes branding.

> [!NOTE]
> The email address your messages come from never changes — only the name beside it is yours. Sending from your own domain through our mail servers would look suspicious to inboxes and could land your messages in spam.

> [!TIP]
> If your plan doesn't include white-label branding, the fields still show so you can preview the upgrade, but they'll appear as **Not included in your plan**. Any branding you saved earlier is kept and comes back automatically if you upgrade again.

## Tips
- Status pages can have their own logo. If a page has uploaded one, it's used first; otherwise it falls back to your organisation's logo, then to InfraNest's.
- If you work through a partner, their branding is used anywhere you haven't set your own.
- Changes only apply to emails sent after you save — anything already sent keeps its original look.
