> The rules of the InfraNest referral program: who can take part, what each side gets, and the limits.

---

These terms cover the [InfraNest referral program](/referrals). Our [Terms of Service](/terms) apply as well.

## Who can take part

Any InfraNest workspace can share its referral link, except workspaces managed by a reseller. The link and any reward belong to the workspace, not to an individual user.

## Who counts as referred

A new workspace that has never had an InfraNest account and either signs up through a referral link or enters the referral code during its trial. A workspace cannot refer itself, or a workspace that shares a member, payment card or company email domain with it. We may check and reverse such referrals.

## What the new customer gets

Their first paid month free, on the plan they choose. It does not combine with any other promotion code; a promotion code they apply replaces it.

## What the referrer gets

Once the referred workspace has paid its first invoice and 14 days have passed without a refund, the referrer receives a discount. It equals one month of what the referred workspace pays for its plan at that time, after any promotion (the yearly price divided by 12 for a yearly plan), in the referrer's billing currency. It is applied to the referrer's next invoices, before VAT, until used up.

## Limits

At most 12 rewards per referring workspace in any 12 months. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and expire 24 months after they are earned. Unused rewards lapse if the referring workspace is closed.

## Refunds and misuse

A refund or credit note on the qualifying invoice within the 14 days cancels the reward. We may withhold or reverse a reward obtained in breach of these terms, including any part not yet used.

## Sharing

You share your link yourself. Don't send unsolicited bulk messages, and don't post your link on coupon or deal sites. We may change a link that is misused.

## Changes

We may change or end the program. Rewards already earned stay valid under the terms that applied when they were earned.
