How it works

Send it to someone who runs infrastructure. They try InfraNest for free, like anyone else.
They become a customer
When they pick a plan, their first paid month is free.
You get the same back
Two weeks after their first payment, the same amount comes off your own bill.
Your link is already in the app
Find it under Settings → Referrals. That’s also where you see who signed up and what you’ve earned.
Share your link with someone who runs infrastructure. When their workspace pays its first invoice, they get their first month free, and Northwind Cloud gets a discount worth one month of what they pay.
Anyone in Northwind Cloud can share this link. “Share by email” opens your own email app, so the message comes from you, not from us.
Their first paid month is free. Their trial is the same as anyone’s.

Two examples, without any promotions:
- You're on Pro (€29 a month) and invite someone who picks Business (€99 a month). You get €99 off: your next 3 bills are free, and the one after that is €12 lower.
- You're on Business and invite someone who picks Pro. You get €29 off.

The fine print, in plain words
- You can earn up to 12 rewards a year.
- A reward is a discount on your bill, not cash. It stays with your workspace, even if the person who shared the link leaves.
- A reward is valid for 24 months.
- If they're on a promotion, your reward is one month of what they actually pay. Yearly plans count at their monthly price.
- Their free month can't be combined with another promo code. If they use one, it replaces the free month, and you still get your reward.
- If they get a refund within those two weeks, there's no reward.
- Your own workspaces don't count. Neither do workspaces that had an account before, or that are managed by a reseller. We check referrals that look like a customer inviting itself.
- We never email the people you invite. You share the link yourself.
- The discount is taken off before VAT.

Questions
#When do I get my reward?
Two weeks after their first payment. It then comes off your next bills automatically.
#What if they pick a bigger plan than mine?
You get one month of their plan. Whatever doesn't fit on one bill carries over to the next.
#Can I get the reward paid out?
No. It's a discount on your InfraNest bill.
#Do you contact the people I invite?
No. You share the link yourself.
#Can I invite another workspace of my own?
No. Your own workspaces don't count.
#Someone told me about InfraNest, but I didn't use their link. Can they still get the reward?
Yes, as long as you're still in your trial. Ask them for their referral code, the last part of their link, and enter it in the Promo code box when you choose a plan.
