The hosted Uptime Kuma alternativeUptime Kuma lives on your server. InfraNest keeps watching when that server is down.
Uptime Kuma is a great free tool, but you install it, update it and back it up yourself, and when the server it runs on goes down, your monitoring goes with it. InfraNest is hosted for you: nothing to maintain, checks that keep running, and your domains, DNS, certificates and servers in the same place.

Why teams choose InfraNest over Uptime Kuma
It does not go down with your server
A monitor on the server it watches cannot tell you that server is down. InfraNest runs somewhere else, so the alert still arrives.
Nothing to maintain
No Docker updates, no backups, no disk filling up with history. InfraNest takes care of it.
Checks from more than one place
On Business, every check runs from Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and only alerts when enough of them agree.
More than monitoring
Fix what broke in the same place: renew the domain, change the DNS record or restart the server.
More than monitoring
All of this is included in every plan, also on Free. Uptime Kuma only does the monitoring.
Domains
All your domains from every registrar in one list, with expiry dates, renewals and settings.
DomainsDNS
Edit DNS records at every provider from one screen, and get warned about changes made elsewhere.
DNSCertificates
Every SSL certificate found and watched until it expires, and checked that the new one is really in use.
CertificatesCloud servers
All servers from all your clouds in one list, with memory, disk and the services running on them.
Cloud serversFirewalls
See which ports are open in plain words, get warned about risky rules, and never lock yourself out.
FirewallsAutomations
Let InfraNest act for you: restart a server when a check fails, open a ticket, or pause checks during an update.

Questions
#Is InfraNest a hosted alternative to Uptime Kuma?
Yes. You get website, keyword, port, ping, DNS and SSL checks with status pages, without installing or maintaining anything. Cron job and API checks are on paid plans.
#Uptime Kuma is free. Why pay?
Uptime Kuma is free software, but you still pay for the server and the time to keep it running. InfraNest’s free plan has 20 monitors with nothing to run, and paid plans add multi-region checks, more monitors and team members.
#What happens when my own server goes down?
Your InfraNest monitoring keeps running, because it does not live on your server. You get the alert while the server is down, not after it comes back.
#Can I keep Uptime Kuma and use InfraNest too?
Yes. Many teams start by letting InfraNest watch the Kuma server itself, plus their domains, DNS and certificates.
#Can I import my Uptime Kuma monitors?
Not yet. Adding them takes a few minutes, and you can keep Kuma running until everything is set up.
#Can my status page use my own domain?
Yes, from Pro. HTTPS is set up for you, and if your DNS is managed in InfraNest we create the record too.
#Does InfraNest check from several locations?
On Business, every check runs from Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific at once. On Free and Pro, you choose one region.
#Do I have to move my domains or DNS?
No. They stay where they are. InfraNest manages them through the accounts you connect.
