Why Freshping users choose InfraNest

Status pages that update themselves

Every service on your page is backed by a check, so it changes on its own when something goes down. On your own domain from Pro.

Checks you can trust

On Business, every check runs from Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and only alerts when enough of them agree.

More than monitoring

Your domains, DNS, certificates and servers in the same account, so you can fix what an alert points at.

Your data, exportable

Export your monitors and history as CSV, or as JSON on Business, whenever you like.

Questions

#When did Freshping shut down?

Free accounts were disabled on 6 March 2026, and paid plans stopped renewing from that date and ran until the end of their period.

#Can I still export my Freshping data?

No. Freshworks kept account data for about 90 days after the shutdown and then deleted it. Start from your own export if you made one, or from your list of sites.

#Did Freshworks recommend a replacement?

No. Freshworks only advised users to look for another monitoring tool.

#Is there a free Freshping alternative?

Yes. The InfraNest free plan has 20 monitors, a status page, 10 domains and 25 certificates. No credit card, and it does not expire.

#Can I import my Freshping export?

Not automatically yet. Adding monitors takes a few minutes each, and connecting your providers brings in your domains, DNS and certificates by itself.

#Can my status page keep its own domain?

Yes, from Pro. Point status.yourcompany.com at InfraNest; HTTPS is set up for you, and if your DNS is in InfraNest we create the record too.

#Where can my alerts go?

Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram and PagerDuty, each with its own severity.

#Do I have to move my domains or DNS?

No. They stay where they are. InfraNest manages them through the accounts you connect.
