The monthly recap is an automatic email that sums up what InfraNest did for your workspace over the past month — useful for anyone who wants a quick check-in without digging through every screen.
Overview
- It's a short set of numbers about your workspace, not a newsletter.
- It covers Checks run, Incidents caught, DNS changes spotted at a provider, Domain renewals handled, and Automations that ran.
- It also reminds you what's still being watched and what's coming up for renewal soon.
- Every figure is one you can open and check yourself on your own screens.
When it arrives
- It arrives with your billing period, not on a fixed date like the 1st of the month — if your billing month starts on the 14th, expect it just after the 14th.
- It's sent to the workspace owners by default.
- Anyone else who wants a copy can turn it on for themselves under Profile → Notifications, in the workspace digests section.
NoteA quiet month still gets a recap. If it reports no incidents, that's genuinely the news — the report isn't only sent when the numbers look good.
Turn off the recap for the whole workspace
- Go to Settings.
- Open Cost & tax.
- Find Monthly recap and turn it off.
- You'll need to be an owner or admin to change this setting.
Turn off the recap for yourself only
- Go to Profile.
- Open Notifications.
- In the workspace digests group, find Monthly recap and switch it off.
- Alternatively, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email — it turns off both the email and the matching in-app notification for you.
- Everyone else in the workspace keeps getting their copy.
Tips
TipOn an annual plan, you'll get a different report instead: a full-year summary sent 30 days before your renewal, while there's still time to act. It shows your renewal date and links to your billing page for the exact amount, rather than printing a figure that might not match your invoice.
Good to know
- The monthly recap is available on paid plans.
- Changing the on/off setting takes effect from your next billing period — it won't resend a recap you've already received.
