Subscribe to a private calendar link to see your renewals, certificate expiries and maintenance windows in any calendar app — this is for anyone who'd rather track InfraNest dates alongside their regular schedule.

#Overview

  • The link updates itself automatically — there's nothing to re-import later.
  • Works with Apple Calendar, Outlook, and Google Calendar.
  • Each person in your workspace gets their own private link.
  1. Go to Integrations and open Calendar feed (iCal), under Productivity.
  2. Under Subscribe by URL, select Copy next to your link — or select Apple / Outlook or Google Calendar to open that app with the link filled in.
  3. Under What goes in the calendar, tick what the link should show. See About calendar sync for what each topic adds.

The link is yours: everyone in your workspace has their own.

#Add it to your calendar app

  • Google Calendar — Other calendars → + → From URL → paste → Add calendar.
  • Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste → name it → Import.
  • Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription → paste → Subscribe.

WarningTreat the link like a password. Anyone who has it can see your domain and certificate expiry dates without signing in. Don't put it in a shared document or a public repository.

  1. Under Make a second link for just one thing (optional), pick a Topic or Filter by tag.
  2. Use the new link as a separate calendar for just that topic — for example, certificate expiries only.

Your main link is unchanged.

#How often it refreshes

Your calendar app decides the refresh schedule. Most refresh a subscribed calendar every few hours, and some only once a day — that's the app's behaviour, not InfraNest's, and it usually can't be forced.

TipIf you want changes to show up quickly, connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar instead of using the feed link.

  1. Select Regenerate URL on the feed's page. The old link stops working straight away — there is no confirmation, so anything still subscribed to it simply stops updating.
  2. Remove the old link from your calendar app and add the new one.

To switch the link off altogether:

  1. Go to My account → Devices & access → Apps with access.
  2. Select Revoke next to Calendar feed link.
  3. Make a new link on the feed's page whenever you need one.
